Carrier checks for factoring companies
Before purchasing a carrier’s receivables, compare its identity and dated public records. Daymark uses the same evidence record built for freight brokers.
- Check the returned operating authority type and status against the carrier and docket. Active registration alone is not active operating authority.
- Review insurance filings, effective dates and cancellations. Confirm coverage in force with the insurer; a filing alone cannot establish it.
- Read revocation history alongside reinstatements and current records. A historical action does not establish current status.
Our record shows returned authority, insurance filings and history with evidence links. Missing rows mean unknown coverage. It does not verify an invoice, assignment, debtor, or payment obligation.
